As a driving force behind our day-to-day operations, Milos ensures the Pavilion runs like clockwork - delivering a flawless experience for our guests while giving our team the steady support they need on the floor.
On top of keeping daily service seamless, Milos spearheads all of our music events. From curating a standout lineup to handling artist liaison, equipment logistics, and tight scheduling, he makes sure every musician has what they need to deliver an incredible show.

Robyn is the steady presence on the floor who makes sure The Pavilion simply works as it should. She keeps a sharp eye on the day-to-day details, keeping service on track so guests enjoy a smooth, relaxed visit every time.
Equally focused on the team, Robyn is always on hand to clear roadblocks and give staff the practical, real-time support they need to handle the shift with confidence. She ensures the venue stays balanced, organised, and running without a hitch.

Broadstairs Harbour Car Park
Location: Harbour Street (directly outside the venue).
Details: This is the closest car park available. It is ideal for visitors requiring quick access, though spaces are limited and fill up very fast during peak summer months and weekends.
Albion Street Car Park
Location: Albion Street (~3-minute walk / 0.2 miles).
Details: A convenient public car park situated just off the main shopping street. Provides a brief walk down the hill to the seafront and Viking Bay.
Chandos Square Car Park
Location: Chandos Square (~4-minute walk / 0.2 miles).
Details: A smaller surface car park located just off Victoria Parade, offering a quick walk through the gardens down to Harbour Street.
Vere Road Car Park - Broadstairs
Location: Vere Road (~8-minute walk / 0.4 miles).
Details: A larger alternative if the seafront car parks are full. It provides reliable short and long-stay parking options slightly further back from the water.

Eastern Esplanade & Victoria Parade: Metered on-street parking is available along Eastern Esplanade overlooking Viking Bay.
Free Residential On-Street Parking: Unrestricted free parking can be found on quieter residential streets further up from the beachfront (such as Rectory Road, Thanet Road, or Northwood Road). These spots are generally a 5-to-10-minute walk away from the venue.

Direct from London St Pancras
Reaching Broadstairs from London is effortless. Southeastern operates direct, high-speed services from London St Pancras International.
Depending on the departure time, two primary direct High-Speed routes bring you to our seaside town in as little as 80 minutes.
Walking from Broadstairs Station (~10-11 Minutes)
Once your train arrives at Broadstairs station, it is a straightforward 0.6-mile walk down to the seafront:
Exit the station onto Station Approach and head towards the main road.
Turn right onto High Street and follow it straight through the town centre as it slopes gently down to the sea.
Continue straight onto Harbour Street at the bottom of the hill - you will find us overlooking Viking Bay!

The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility,
offering three convenient entrances depending on how you arrive.
Harbour Street Entrance: Sloped, step-free entry directly through our main doors.
Garden Entrance: Stairs and an accessible ramp giving easy entry to the conservatory,
main hall, and sweeping veranda.Beach Entrance: Direct, seamless access right off the sand of Viking Bay.
